4. Cable packaging For export cables, the delivery tray generally adopts a large tray or steel tray structure, and is fully enclosed with iron sheets or wooden strips. The size of the cable drum should not only consider the cable drum length and the minimum allowable bending radius of the cable, but also the size of the container. The mark should be strictly in accordance with the order requirements. Since the packaging of export cables is more complicated than that of domestic cables, it will affect the cost and delivery time of the cables, so you should pay attention to it when signing the contract.
5. Other matters Before delivery, the main technical parameters, cross-sectional diagrams, laying instructions and other materials of the cable should be provided to the user, and the test report should also be shipped with the goods. The technical data should be ensured to be complete; the manufacturing length of the cable should be strictly controlled, and the delivery length error should be minimized.
6. Pass certification Before exporting, you must obtain the certification certificate of the relevant country, because wires and cables are compulsory certification products in most countries. Only after passing the certification can they be sold in the other party's market.
