1. The wire core insulation material is made of PE plastic, XLPE plastic or PVC plastic with excellent anti-oxidation and anti-aging properties. 8 AC withstand voltage test:
——AC voltage of 1500V is applied between the wire cores for 1 minute, and the cable does not break down;
——Apply an AC voltage of 1000V between the wire core and the shield for 1 minute, and the cable will not break down;
——Apply an AC voltage of 500V between the core + shield and armor for 1 minute, and the cable will not break down.
9Insulation resistance:
——Insulation resistance between wire cores and between wire cores and shielding. At 20°C, the insulation resistance of XLPE, PE, fluoroplastic and other insulated cables should not be less than 1000MΩ.km, and that of PVC and silicone rubber insulated cables should not be less than 25MΩ.km. .
——The insulation resistance between group shields, group shields and total shields should not be less than 1MΩ.km at 20°C.
10. If the product has combustion characteristics requirements, it should comply with the "General Rules for Flame-Retardant and Fire-Resistant Wires and Cables" IEC60332.
